“My intention is to provide a safe place to be real and heard. Offering validation and insight regarding life stressors and tools to cope more effectively with unnecessary stress in the real world. A compass for life, shedding what no longer serves you and adding more clarity, peace, joy, fun and tranquility.” - Marla Ruhana

About Marla

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. — Romans 12:2
