Cabin fever? Burned out?

These dreary winter months might make you feel blah! In the midst of a pandemic, you might feel especially weary!

Remember, you are in control of your own thoughts!

If you’re single, create a vision board for the love that you want to cultivate within yourself and the love that you want to experience in partnership. Start with a photo album on Pinterest, then print out the photos and hang them in a place that you can look at every day and feel the positive joyous loving feelings to help manifest your future relationship! If you believe it, you will see it! Make it happen.

If you’re in a relationship, turn that frown upside down! Take advantage of the downtime at home with your partner - less socializing and minimal events doesn’t have to be a bad thing! Don’t allow 2020 to put a damper on your love life! What BETTER time to enhance your relationship? Embrace the time alone with the one you Love!

Remember when you met your partner?

Butterflies 🦋

All you wanted to do was be together?

What did you love the most about your time together?

Mindfully take your senses back to the courtship......

Oh but first - RELEASE everything in between. Let go of resentments - write them down and burn them in a fire pit or rip them up and toss them in the trash together. Forgiveness is imperative!

Now, take yourself back to the courtship.....Reflecting on your favorite moments.

Engaging your senses......

Do you remember how it felt…

Cuddling, lounging, and hand-holding?

The Love Drug............Oxytocin

Taking yourselves back, (likely not at that same level of intensity), yet more than during this pandemic, if you give your relationship the attention it deserves. Being mindful of realistic expectations.

Focus on your breath, on what is right instead of what is wrong. Try and set the tone for a new groove, laugh together, remembering your courtship....physical touch, hugs, perfume, date night outfits, jewelry, cologne, playing backgammon, cards, scrabble, taking walks, scenic drives, hiking, watch a comedy, or double date via zoom and paint with a twist!!!!!

Plan a date in the kitchen like my friend, The Blissed Out Chef, Laurel Herman wrote about....and cook together with LOVE and music.....

Praise & Appreciate.....Give Grace, Reminisce...Get Reacquainted......

Ask questions, things like.....

Who is my.....

Best friend

Funniest friend

Hero

What is my......

Favorite song

Favorite meal

Favorite getaway place

Favorite color

What do I long for us to do together, post-pandemic?

Be Fully Present & Have Fun!

Just Remember...... You’re Better Together
