Authentic people are eager to increase their self awareness. Always on the path of personal development. Mindfully noticing and embracing their unique attributes without the fear of judgment or rejection.

They are true to themselves first and foremost. They own their shortcomings. They acknowledge their limitations and take responsibility for themselves.

They are focused on becoming and engaged in personal development and keenly attuned to consciousness.

They are joyful and joyous, joyously comfortable in their own skin. They are grateful and content, accepting of themselves in the present moment. They like who they’re becoming.
